Portfolio Optimisation: SKion Sells Remaining Stake in NORDEX

Bad Homburg, 30 January 2026 – SKion GmbH (“SKion”), which held a 2.96 percent minority interest in NORDEX SE, has sold its shares to institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding (ABB) process.

With this transaction, SKion is optimising its current portfolio. SKion’s strategic objective is to focus on larger shareholdings where it can make a substantial contribution to the development of the portfolio company.
